Stephen's Weight Loss Schedule?!?

WEIGHT LOSS SCHEDULE

1. Start NEW diet day after reunion.

2. For six months brag about how well the diet is going.

3. Eat like a pig at Thanksgiving dinner.

4. Swear to start NEW diet day after.

5. You forgot about the leftovers didn’t you.

6. Realize Christmas is coming and swear to start NEW diet day after.

7. Eat like a pig Christmas day.

8. Swear to start NEW diet day after.

9. You forgot the leftovers again.

10. Make New year’s resolution to loose more weight that year than the ten previous years combined.

11. Gripe from January 1st until March 1st about the diet you are on is not working.

12. Really start to diet because you are going to show the family how good you can look at the reunion.

13. Two weeks before reunion let everyone know that the diet you have been on is not working and that you have decided to start a NEW KINDA of diet but you will start it after the reunion.

14. Eat like a pig at the reunion. Then repeat steps 1-14.
