The Isbell-Anderson request for the use of Group Camp I at Quartz Mountain Nature Park has been confirmed for Thursday, April 29 - Monday, May 3, 2010.
Check-in on your arrival date will be no later than 2:00 P.M. and check-out on your departure will be no later than 11:00 A.M.
The daily fee for the use of the group Camp is going up. The new rate is $350 per day. This will go into effect starting April 1, 2010. However, your rate is grandfathered in at $300.00 per day for 2010. Upon check-out and rebooking the new deposit amount requested will be $350.00.
Group Camp is clean upon arrival and it is supposed to be left clean upon departure. Some groups have been having trouble with this concept in the past. As of checkout and rebooking this year, a new $100.00 cleaning deposit is required of all groups, due before occupying camp and refundable upon leaving. If your group leaves group camp clean, and you prefer, this deposit will be rolled over and be available for next year's stay. If group camp is left dirty and your group rebooks, the deposit will be used for this year and you will be sent a request for next year's cleaning deposit. We regret that we have to charge this fee, but is has become necessary.
