Six Hour Stew

For those of you who wanted the recipe, this is the stew we made at the reunion for pioneer supper. If you missed out, it is very good.

Six Hour Stew serves 8

3# stew meat
4 carrots
8 large potatoes
2 onions
1 can green beans
1 can tomatoes
1 can corn
3 tsp. salt
½ cup dry tapioca
Pepper

Chop veggies and toss with meat. Lightly grease pan.
Layer of green beans and tomatoes, Sprinkle with salt and tapioca, End with veggies and meat.
Cover and Bake at 275 for 6 hours
