Reunion Memories

Hello Family. I thought it would be fun to share our favorite reunion memory. I will post mine now, and you can post yours in the comment section. Just click the comment button at the bottom of this post or "comment section" in this paragraph.
.
I could probably write 100 but...my favorite was in 1998 when I caught the big walleye. Rob, Uncle Russell, and I were by the dam. I thought I was hung on something but it was actually a big walleye. The big fish, the look on Rob's and Uncle Russell's faces, and just the shear excitement. It was awesome! Sure look forward to being able to go out fishing again.
.
Now your turn.

I can only pick one? I love the reunion and all of the memories it holds! It is absolutely the highlight of my year! I love the excitement of everyone getting there, the smell of the kitchen, the 42, the fishing, sitting on the front porch, "roughing it" in the cabins, go kart racing, and just being together and enjoying one another as only family can. I guess one of my favorite memories is the second time I won the trophy. It was so exciting to win twice in a row! I think all of the uncles had a hard time believing it, and I did too! I hope I get to go back out on the water this year and see if I can do it again! Love you all very much, Amanda

When you think of 30 years of reunions and that 30 years includes watching your own children grow up and now the grandbabies have several reunions to look back on....there has to be tons of memories....right??? Why can't I think of the one special one??? I have thought of several things, but I do think the Pirate Adventure Day was one of my favorite times. I just thought we put lots of effort (and $$$) into it and it was so much fun for the kids. I love the Adventure Days and remember the days when my 3, Stephen, Amy, and Amanda just had their Mom and coloring books to keep them busy... Ready to do one more.. love, diane
