Jimmy Ballard's latest scan

Jimmy's latest scan came out good. Keep praying for his recovery.

Congratulations, Zach!

From Lisa:

Zach was offered the job of his dreams. A full time mechanic job starting out at $21 per hr, 30% commission on all paid jobs & $30 per hour on Saturdays. He gave his 2 week notice at O'Rielley's and is going to work 2 jobs for the next couple of weeks just in case the mechanic job doesn't work out he can still keep his O'Rielley's job. His boss was not happy to find out he was leaving. Told him he would offer him a raise but couldn't compete with $21 per hour.

Martha Davis' Hit and Run

From Lisa:

Aunt Martha was in a hit & run on Thursday. A guy ran a stop sign hit her on her passenger side (poor Dixie), then left the scene of the accident, but unfortunately for him, he lives a couple of homes down from Aunt Martha in the FLINN TRAILER PARK!! Parked his truck, ran into his home & then came running down the street w/a lady friend yelling, don't call the cops, don't call the cops. Ummmmmmmmmmm too late, Aunt Martha had her handy dandy cell phone w/her & had already called the cops. He even offered to pay her cash if she wouldn't. Can we say BUSTED!! He was arrested for leaving the scene, running a stop sign & I know this one will shock you all, being under the influence (of what is a good ?)!! No blood was shed, they were knocked quite a ways & yes, Uncle EV they knocked down that nasty old sign that said FLINN TRAILER PARK!! Did miss the street sign by about 3 inches. Whew!! I did tell her that she will be sore & bruised tomorrow but she doesn't believe me, who do you think will win this arguement? Don't know whether it totaled her truck, have to wait for the ins. adjuster to tell her that, but she won't be able to drive it for a while!!

Randy Corbett

Randy has been diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer. He has been approved for a liver transplant & is beginning his series of anti-rejection shots which he will take weekly for a month. Then they will begin to actively look for him a "LIVE DONOR" match as well as putting him on the transplant list. No this won't cure his hepatitis c which he will always have but it there are now new medications out that control it. Aunt Martha & Deandra (last ex-wife) are going to be his main care takers and will have to go with him for every appointment so that they may be kept up to date on everything. if his cancer should pass into Stage 5 he will no longer have the option of a transplant. Please keep him and the rest of the family in your prayers.
